What you will do:
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, managing, optimizing and analyzing a variety of digital marketing initiatives, including paid media campaigns, email marketing campaigns and organic digital marketing efforts. This role also plays an integral part in managing SECUs social media strategy, including developing content calendars, creating content for social channels, and managing social posting and monitoring. Additionally, the Digital Marketing Manager may collaborate with team-members across the organization to help influence landing page design, improve user experience on the website, and identify trends and insights to help drive organizational goals and performance.
The Digital Marketing Manager adheres to regulations and organizational policies, maintaining awareness and knowledge required to perform the duties of the position, including all aspects of the Bank Secrecy Act and related regulations, such as OFAC, and the USA Patriot Act, Fair Lending and Information Security.
A day in your life might include:
Plan and execute digital marketing initiatives and efforts, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and paid media advertising campaigns and analyze performance to extract meangful insights and optimization.
Design, build, and actively manage our social media presence
Measure, analyze, and report on performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against organizational goals (new account openings, new member acquisition, Cost per Acquisition, etc.)
Identify trends and insights, and optimize campaign spend and strategy based on those insights
Brainstorm new and creative digital marketing growth strategies
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
Collaborate with team-members and key stakeholders to help create landing pages and optimize user experience across the SECU website and mobile app
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end member experience across multiple channels and touch points
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Monitor social media conversations and creating content for social media posts
Additional Responsibilities may include:
Attend SECU events to capture social media content
What we need from you:
Education Requirements
BS/MS degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
Experience Requirements
3-5 years of experience in digital marketing and paid media
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media and paid media campaigns
Experience in identifying and segmenting target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and drive conversion
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user journeys
Experience with A/B testing and other multivariate experiments
Solid knowledge of website and paid media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMRush, etc.)
Experience in setting up and managing Google Adwords campaigns
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and paid media
Takes personal responsibility for decisions, actions, failures and overall deliverables
Utilizes oral and written communication to enhance relationships across the organization
Clearly communicates information, thoughts and ideas in a clear, concise and organized manner
Relates comfortably with people across levels, functions, culture, and geography
Possesses a clear understanding of strengths, limitations, emotions, beliefs, and motivations of self and others
Maintains composure and effectiveness when experiencing major changes in work tasks or the work environment

Demonstrates an understanding of SECUs culture, core values, mission and strategic priorities as it relates to ones work and overall performance
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tactics and strategies
Willingness to grow and expand professional knowledge in digital marketing and paid media
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
